Archive Feature

One of the big criticisms of the internet as a communication medium is that it is ephemeral. In other words here today and gone tomorrow. Now that site owners can edit their own content and change the structure of the site themselves it is true more than ever.

For the majority of us this is not an issue. This text may change tomorrow, this will have little or no impact on anything, other than how this product is presented on this site.

However, in certain sectors, the need to record what was on view and when is critical. This is especially true in the financial advice sector, which has just widened in response to new regulations.

To assist with this issue, Dynam8 incorporates a page duplication and archiving feature which allows pages to be tucked away with a full record of when they were created, last modified and deleted. This provides a full audit trail which can be even more useful in Intranet applications than it is in Internet ones.
