Brochures Module

You may have some software that will help your customers use or understand your product/service better. This can be part of the product, or just a demonstration file that explains things a bit more. This function allows you to upload and manage downloads to provide a better service to existing customers and more insight to prospective customers.

This function can be split to include a brochures section. This can be used to attach pdf versions of your, or your suppliers', brochures. A large catalogue of information can be quickly built up, cutting down the time for your customers to obtain detailed product information and for you to communicate the benefits of your products.

One, or both, of these areas can be password protected, ensuring that commercially sensitive information is only going to the people you know about and not being collected by your competition.

In addition, this function can also be tied to the mailing list function ensuring that e-mails are collected from everyone who requests a brochure ensuring that follow ups can be easily made.
