Secure Areas

The Dynam8 System is flexible enough for us to provide secure areas on a number levels:

1. Simple security to request e-mail adresses before brochures or demos are accessed
2. Customer secure areas for general customer only information
3. Customer based transaction location with customer specific data such as account status etc.

Simple Security

A common issue that comes up in site building is - "I want to tell the world about my products and services, but I don't want to tell my competitors". Of course, if competitors want to find out what you have on offer they will, but sometimes it is helpful to make it a bit harder for them.

Our simple security section captures e-mail addresses before a visitor accesses an area such as a brochure download area. We can validate the e-mail address to ensure it is real, or even e-mail access details to the address entered to make it more awkward. The limiting factor is of course the more dificult you make it for your competitors, the more difficult you also make it for your customers - the choice, however, is yours.

Customer Secure Areas

For certain types of business it makes sense to offer your customers services on line. An example might be an ability to review tax information resources for an accountant, or metalllurgical decision resources for an engineer. Again this is a custom feature that can be adjusted to suit any requirement.

Transaction Based Secure Access

Whilst security is paramount for e-commerce based transactions using online payment methods, there are other types of secure transaction methods.

For example, if you require a facility to undertake account based transactions on-line, where customer account information may be viewed or reviewed, then additional secuirty lelevels may be required. Again the degree of security is at the discretion of the client, but we have a number of options available.
